This is a case that was actually dealt with by one of our ambulance crews recently 
Presentation
42yr old Male presented with pain and swelling in back of left calf which had worsened in the last 24 hrs.
History
History of Bakers Cyst at back of knee for the last 20 yrs, Doctors were not concerned with this cyst.
History of High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol
Signs and Symptoms
Pain and Swelling around the site of the cyst
Pain and swelling around ankle joint
General feeling of being unwell
Observations
BP 182/115
Pulse 125
O2 Sats 100%
ECG Normal Sinus Rhythm
Temp 35.1
